Step 3: Now on the App info screen, click on the Storage option. Step 2: Scroll down, locate and click on the application by the name Google Play Store. Just like how we cleared the Google Play Services app data and cache, let’s now try and clear the Google Play Store app data and cache in the steps below. Solution 3: Clear Google Play Store App Data and Cache If not, head on to the next solution in line. At the bottom, click on the CLEAR ALL DATA button. Step 6: You will now be at the Google Play Services Storage screen. Step 5: As next, click on the Manage storage button at the bottom of the screen, right next to the Clear cache button. Step 4: On the Storage screen, click on the Clear cache button to clear off the app cache. Step 3: Click on the Storage option on the App info screen. Step 2: Scroll down and click on Google Play Services on the Apps screen. Step 1: Launch the Settings application and click on Apps to view the list of applications installed on your Android device. Solution 2: Clear Google Play Services App Data and Cache Note: – If they are already in Sync, then Turn off all the ON buttons to turn off sync, wait for few seconds, and then turn them On again. Once the syncing is done, check if your issue is resolved or not. Wait till the sync operation is complete. Step 7: Click on the Sync now menu item that pops out. As next, click on the 3 vertical dots icon at the top right corner of the screen.
